Have you ever read about Thomas Edison and his Tesla-slanders? He tried to prove that everyone should use DC instead of AC (What Tesla supported) by electrocuting large animals with AC....one such animal was Topsy the elephant. Edison used to be my childhood hero...I visited his labs and everything. Then I found out that he was a monster and that "crazy" Tesla was actually my hero.
